Mission statement
Our Company
We are a medium-sized, young and innovative company belonging to the Georgsmarienhütte group and we work in the field of steel and plant construction. We offer foundation structures as well as complete metmasts for the future-oriented field of renewable energies, with a particular focus on offshore wind energy. Our aim is to continuously grow within this new and interesting business sector – securing our future based on innovations and investments.
Our market
The world-wide view on renewable energy sources has shifted towards a more positive and dynamic approach due to the constantly increasing energy prices as well as the increasing CO2 load of the atmosphere caused by fossil fuels. Since 2002, we have been playing a significant role in this specific design and development sector within the area of offshore wind energy. Our professionally trained and highly qualified team provides the necessary know-how for developing, constructing and mass-producing metmasts as well as tripod- and jacket constructions for the offshore operation. Sustainability is our aim.
Our offshore location Bremerhaven
Concerning our geographical location we are primely positioned: Bremerhaven is one of the world’s largest sea ports with an ideal infra- and suprastructure: such as a direct connection to the railway system, a nearby feeder road to the Autobahn as well as the close proximity to port basins; thus providing perfect conditions for the serial production of special design steel constructions and offshore foundation structures as well as their respective sea transportation. The largest market for the offshore wind energy technology is at our gates…Bremerhaven.
Our customers and project partners
Maintaining a fair and innovative partnership with our customers and project partners is our main concern; resulting in future-oriented and, above all, enduring success. Together with our project partners we develop solution approaches for technologically sophisticated offshore-location projects. Not only do we provide best fit analyses for practical realisation, we also develop automation processes for assembly as well as innovative welding technologies. Last but not least, we also provide cost-optimisation analyses for the serial production of newly-developed steel designs.

Our team-developed concepts are the ideal basis for innovations. Every team member contributes with expert knowledge, professional skills and creative ideas to our collective success. Above all, our team excels in experience and proactive behaviour. We understand the variety of offshore locations as a challenge for further developments.
Our expertise
The Georgsmarienhütte group provides extensive experience and knowledge in the field of casting and steel processing technologies, which we are able to implement in our developments in the areas of ferrocast, cast steel, forging technology, forming technology, heavy steel construction, apparatus and tank construction as well as manufacturing of components for offshore technology.
